All of the biggest names in music (well, Top 40 music, anyway) are up for awards at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. From Rihanna to Justin Bieber to Nicki Minaj to Jason Aldean to Adele, all of the artists you hear ad nauseum will be rewarded for their overwhelming ubiquitous presence in pop culture and, of course, their chart-topping songs, records, and tours.
Airing live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the all-star attending, Tracy Morgan-hosted event should promise some outrageous statements, fashion or otherwise. Among the big headliners include a performance by Prince and a special award for Madonna, who is receiving the Top Touring Artist honor.
