Finally, an occasion outside of The X Factor for all of Britney’s bizarre facial expressions – Halloween! The popstar started celebrating early while visiting the U.K. Teaming up with BBC 1 radio host Nick Grimshaw, Spears created a not-so-spooky viral video, likely to scare up some publicity for her upcoming single. “Perfume” is set to be released Nov. 5th, prior to the December release of her new album Britney Jean.
Spears got festive and even a little nostalgic, reciting Vincent Price’s narration from “Thriller” in several voices that could be considered accents. The convenient word play of “It’s Britney, Witch” made this seasonal tool of self promotion very fun and effective. Fans will celebrate Spears’ much silly side long after Halloween is over, because they’ve seen so little of it over the past few years. You go ghoul!
