Cara Delevingne to host yoga sessions on Instagram Live

Cara Delevingne and her yoga teacher are hosting yoga sessions for fans stuck at home during the coronavirus pandemic on Instagram Live.

The British actress and model, 27, performed the first session with her teacher on Sunday (April 12, 2020), and has promised her followers she will provide weekly sessions at 1:00 pm EST on Puma’s Instagram Live page.

In a video she told fans to “stay safe” during the pandemic, which she captioned: “I’ll be going live on @puma Sundays at 10am PST for a yoga flow session with my fave instructor Colin to help clear our minds and move our bodies. I would absolutely love for you all to join me…”

Miley Cyrus is hosting her own Instagram Live show from 2:30 pm each day, and this week is livestreaming Highlighting Heroes specials saluting essential workers making real impacts in their communities.

Monday’s livestreaming highlights include the latest in H.E.R.’s Girls With Guitars series, which airs on Instagram Live from 8:00 pm EST, and the latest episode of Naomi Campbell’s talk show No Filter with Naomi, which airs from 8:00 pm BST on her YouTube channel.

Indie rockers The National are also hosting an “exciting communal event” every Monday, to raise money for their crew while they can’t tour due to COVID-19 on their YouTube channel.

The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess’ popular Twitter listening parties reliving classic rock albums will feature Martin Stephenson and the Daintees‘ discussing their record Boat to Bolivia at 9:00 pm BST and Suede members chatting about Dog Man Star at 10:00 pm BST.
