Ed Sheeran is one of our favorite people. We love his music, we love watching him in interviews, but we especially love following him on Twitter. He’s either tweeting other celebrities, like his bestie Taylor Swift, or he’s just making hilarious observations. But now, he’s making great declarations on Twitter.
As a famous Brit, everyone just assumes that he either knows/has met the Royal Baby, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana (amazing name, congrats to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge!).
When asked if he’d met the Royal Baby yet, Ed had the most amazing response:

Yes, yes you are the Royal Baby. As as British-loving American, I like to believe that all my favorite Brits get together for afternoon tea daily and that Ed is enjoying his time as royalty.
