Find Out Where The Members of Dream Street Are Now!

If you can believe it, it’s been 14 years now since Dream Street broke up. Compared to some boybands that were around for much longer, you might not remember all of these members. Dream Street gave us the wonderful Jesse McCartney and we’re nostalgic just thinking about “It Happens Every Time”. Did you know why they broke up? In mid-2002, the boys parents filed a lawsuit against music producers Louis Baldonieri and Brian Lukow, alleging that the underage band members were “exposed to booze, women, and pornography”. The parents lost the cast later that year and four of the five original band members were released from their contracts. See what they’ve been up to since that drama!

*NSYNC and Backstreet Boys were great, but Dream Street was amazing because they were basically our age! Jesse McCartney was only 12 when he joined the group in 1999. Obviously he was a star because he began his solo career in 2003 and blessed our lives with "Beautiful Soul". Since then he's been the most successful of the band post-Dream Street with his own solo career, as well as writing for other famous singers, like "Bleeding Love" for Leona Lewis. On top of his music career, he's continued acting, appearing in film and TV on several Disney Channel shows, Greek, Chernobyl Diaries, Army Wives, and most recently he had a guest spot on Young & Hungry. He's also done a bit of voiceover work, providing the voice for the most adorable chipmunk in the Alvin and the Chipmunk films, the video game Kingdom of Hearts, and Robin in Young Justice.

Like his former bandmate Jesse, Greg went on to have a solo career of his own. He shed that boyband status fast and opted for becoming a rock singer, releasing his first single "Take Me Back Home" on Radio Disney in 2003. He was in the band RAPOSO, who competed in the semi-finalists in 2008 on the MTV2 Battle of the Bands, which later changed their names to Dead Celebrities and then disbanded. He's still performing now, you can check out one of his free concerts here!

Frankie didn't go on to have a solo career after Dream Street, instead he went on to finish high school and then attended Five Towns College. He did release a single in 2009, "Give Me a Reason" . He toured with Jersey Boys! in 2012 and later appeared in the Broadway production of the show. His only other Broadway work is An Inspector Calls, but he was on the Broadway tour for Oliver.

You and your best friend probably got in many fights over who loved Chris most, as he was the obvious heartthrob of Dream Street. If you're like us, you won. After Dream Street parted ways, Chris embarked on a career as a solo artist and finished his schooling at the Professional Performing Arts School. He recorded a few solo songs and duets that were huge hits on Radio Disney. However, shortly after his solo career started to take off, Chris had to move back home to Michigan to take care of his ailing mother and put his career aside for a bit. In June 2014, he announced on Twitter that he had joined the Spectra Music Group to work on his solo album. He just appeared on an episode of FOX's new show Lucifer.

Instead of focusing on music, Matt went back and finished high school and then was accepted into Tufts University. While at school, he joined another band called The Juice consisting of Matt (vocals), Leon Mandler (vocals/harmonica), Mike Vitiello (guitar), Ken Kitchin (other guitar), Jim Govatsos (percussion), and Mikey Haendler (bass). In 2007 their album See Where it Goes became available on iTunes, though by 2008 they had broken up. In 2013 he married Danielle Manning and last it's been said he was working as a recruiter for a Manhattan-based executive search & staffing firm.
