In addition to defending herself against accusations from Kim that she wants her life, Khloe Kardashian now has to deal with some pretty serious legal charges, too. TMZ reports Mrs. Odom is being sued by a transgender woman who claims Khloe beat her outside Playhouse nightclub in on December 5th, 2009. Chantal Spears (formerly Ronald Spears) says Khloe “violently struck [her] in and about [her] body,” which resulted in Chantal sustaining serious injuries. At the time of the incident, Chantal alleged Khloe “pushed and hit” her because she went up to Lamar Odom and told him he was “too young to be married.” Chantal continued explaining what happened to a man with a video camera outside the club, and said, “…and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl. She hit me. She pushed me and hit me. [Security] didn’t say nothing. It was her. She looked in my face. I tried to get her and she pushed me again.” Later on in TMZ’s video, Chantal is seen talking to police and then showing the paparazzi a copy of the police report she filed, saying “[Khloe]’s in trouble. Yeah, [she’s going to court] because everyone seen her hit me first.” Chantal is seeking unspecified damages, and maintains she did not provoke anyone (anyone except for Kris Jenner, that is).
