Kim Kardashian and Kanye West better hop on a plane and fly to Paris because it’s time to celebrate. Kardashian is officially a free woman. A judge has dissolved her marriage to Kris Humphries and signed off on the divorce papers. This means that the reality starlet is now free to marry her baby daddy.
Despite the legal battle that has ensued for over 18 months, TMZ is reporting that Humphries didn’t get any money from Kardashian. (He had reportedly been seeking $7 million).
Kardashian may have won, but she reportedly did show some compassion for Humphries during the final hearing. According to TMZ, Kardashian convinced the judge not to slap Humphries with a fine for skipping out on a hearing last week.
All and all, this is great news not only for the Kardashians, but for pop culture fanatics. It means we can finally stop hearing about Kim Kardashian’s divorce.
