Kris Humphries Wants His Prenup With Kim Kardashian Nullified

We’re all aware of the times Kim Kardashian tried to explain to the media why her marriage to Kris Humphries failed, and why she felt compelled to file for divorce. Kris, on the other hand, seems like he’s still trying to figure out how to go about divorcing Kim while maintaining the “good guy” image he believes he has. His first strategy was to try and have the marriage annulled by portraying himself as the victim, through claiming Kim used him to augment her show’s ratings and misled him by making him believe their nuptials were genuine. But Kris is taking a much more assertive role now, and is demanding the prenup he and Kim signed be nullified, because Kim violated the confidentiality clause that was to prevent both of them from talking about their relationship.

A source close to Kris’s legal team told Radar Online, “The confidentiality aspect of the prenup is extensive and was created just in case things went bad, neither Kim nor Kris could discuss their relationship to the media. But now, Kris wants to be able to talk about the relationship without fear of being sued.” The website’s legal expert, Jen Heger, writes, “It’s a brilliant strategic move because by seeking to have the marriage annulled, Humphries can request that the prenup be tossed, primarily so he won’t be muzzled by the confidentiality agreement.” So it sounds like Kris doesn’t even really care that Kim disregarded confidentiality clause, and isn’t even looking for any reparations from her. Instead, it seems like he’s much more interested in having the opportunity to tell us unabashedly what Kim is really like. And when that day comes, we’ll be listening to what he says, for once. Whether or not Kris’s remarks offend Kim more than the time he ruined her pedicure, though, remains to be seen.
