Lindsay Lohan went to court yesterday after violating her parole from a 2007 DUI conviction by not attending the required alcohol classes. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, and 90 days of in-patient treatment following her time in DA CLINK! Judge Marsha Revel, who’s tougher than any gym teacher alive, told Lindsay she had until July 20th to surrender herself to the court, at which time she’ll be bound and gagged and put in jail and people like me will have nothing to write about for several weeks.

But luckily for Lindsay, California jails are already so overcrowded that a nonviolent female inmate generally only serves 25% of their sentence and are released early for good behavior…so we’re probably only looking at parting ways with Lindsay for 23 days. But it’s still more than the 84 minutes she served back in November of 2007 for the actual DUI.
