The Weeknd scores another U.S. chart double

The Weeknd has landed a second successive week at the top of both the U.S. singles and albums charts.

The Canadian star’s After Hours held off a surge from 5 Seconds of Summer’s Calm to score a second week atop the Billboard 200 on Sunday (April 5, 2020), and now his single, Blinding Lights, has claimed another week at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart.

Roddy Ricch’s The Box holds at two after spending 11 weeks on top of the Hot 100 and Dua Lipa is also unmoved at three, while Post Malone’s Circles and Future and Drake’s Life is Good rounds out the top five.
