Negotiators for the television and film actors’ unions and TV and film producers concluded their first weekend of talks Sunday amid reports that the unions had submitted modified proposals. The online media magazine Inside quoted an unnamed union source as saying that the modifications were “significant.” Talks are expected to resume Monday.
