Alicia Keys buys architectural wonder Razor House in La Jolla

Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz have bought California’s iconic Razor House for $21 million (£17 million).
The architectural wonder, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla, features four bedrooms, a state-of-the-art movie theatre, a black-tile heated pool, ultramodern furnishings inside and out, and a detached two-bedroom guest house, but the real prize is a circular living room with breathtaking views out to sea.
The Razor House was designed in 2007 by architect Wallace E. Cunningham. It is named after Razor Point, a local natural monument.
The seller is Donald Burns, the inventor of computer calling system magicJack. He bought the property in 2011, according to real estate records.
