Anderson countersued over Las Vegas property

The former Baywatch star filed legal papers in February (11) claiming she made the deal in 2006 with her former partner, real estate entrepreneur Laurence Hallier, while they were still in a relationship.

In the lawsuit, Anderson alleges she agreed to promote his Las Vegas Panorama Towers development in return for one of the properties for free, while Hallier is said to have agreed to hand her $1 million (£666,667) in cash if the apartment wasn’t built in time.

Anderson duly took legal action when she allegedly failed to receive the property or money – but now Hallier is hitting back by claiming she’s not entitled to the payment because she didn’t fulfil her duties.

He has filed his own lawsuit claiming Anderson’s lack of promotion for the properties cost him $22.5 million (£14.1 million) in unsold units, reports TMZ.com.
