Andrew Lloyd Webber releasing memoir

Andrew Lloyd Webber is to mark his 70th birthday by releasing his first autobiography.
The Phantom of the Opera composer will release the candid memoir Unmasked on 6 March (18), shortly before his 70th birthday on 22 March.
According to his website, Unmasked will reveal “the true face of the extraordinary man beneath the storied legend” and feature in-depth commentaries about how his productions came to life as well as revealing anecdotes about a number of celebrities including Elaine Paige, Judi Dench, Barbra Streisand and his former wife Sarah Brightman.
“A natural storyteller, with his signature humour and self-deprecating tone, Lloyd Webber shares the details of his early personal and professional years, including his early artistic influences,” the website reads. “In Unmasked, Lloyd Webber takes stock of his achievements, the twists of fate and circumstance which brought him both success and disappointment, and the passions that inspire and sustain him.”
The British theatre mogul plans to follow up his book, which will be released through HarperCollins, with a number of other volumes.
