Bushy-browed heartthrob Ian Somerhalder, who stars on the hit ABC show Lost, has got a few things to justifiably gripe about. His castaway character Boone is somewhat of an unlucky-in-love chap: Boone’s flashbacks in the show’s 13th episode, “Hearts and Minds,” revealed the hunky certified lifeguard was hopelessly in lust with his manipulative stepsister Shannon (Maggie Grace).
We caught up with Somerhalder, a former model Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabanna, Versace, Guess and Gucci, at the 2005 ABC All Star Event on Wisteria Lane at Universal Studio’s Backlot in Universal City.
Somerhalder said he is eager to return to Hawaii to continue filming the series, which earlier this year was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series (Drama) and voted one of the 10 best TV programs of 2004 by the American Film Institute, and revealed a few interesting tidbits about what’s in store–or not in store–for the lovelorn Boone…
