Backstreet Boys to Oasis: go home

Taking a break Thursday from their Latin American tour, the Backstreet Boys brushed aside recent comments by Oasis’ lead singer Noel Gallagher that the boyband “can’t sing, can’t play, can’t dance.” He also said their songs were “rubbish” and the boys “should be shot,” according to Reuters. During a press conference in Caracas, Venezuela, Backstreet Boy Kevin Richardson said that when Oasis performed at the MTV awards, Gallagher spat on stage and looked like he was strung out on something. “He should just go back to London,” A.J. McLean said. “The only thing that matters for us is if we’re unhappy with our music and if our fans are happy,” Richardson added.
