Perhaps presuming that if Bart Simpson likes his cereal, kids will demand it
too and that if Homer likes his, adults will check it out, Kellogg has begun
shipping Bart Simpson Cereal and Homer’s Cinnamon Donut cereal, the Battle
Creek, MI company announced Wednesday. The popularity of the Simpsons cereal
will be tested through December and shipments could continue into 2002,
depending on demand, the company said. The cereal promotion is part of a
marketing deal with Fox.
