Blac Chyna sued over paparazzi photo

Model and reality TV star Blac Chyna is facing legal action for allegedly posting paparazzi photos of her son online without paying for their use.
The video vixen has been accused of reposting an image of herself and her son King, and another of her then-fiance Rob Kardashian and the five-year-old, from a December, 2016 set taken by a snapper working for FameFlynet.
The pictures had been properly licensed by a number of website editors and circulated online, but Chyna allegedly took the photos from the outlets and cropped out the agency’s credit when she uploaded them to her own social media pages.
She has since deleted the snap of Rob and King, her child with rapper Tyga, but the other shot of mother-and-son remains on her account, reports TMZ.com.
Photo agency bosses are demanding Chyna hand over all profits made from posting the images online.
She has yet to respond to the suit.
Chyna officially split from Rob in February (17) after dating on and off for 13 months. They welcomed daughter Dream in November, 2016.
