Bobby Brown settles with TV One bosses over daughter’s biopic

Bobby Brown has reached a settlement with the TV bosses behind his late daughter’s TV biopic.
The My Prerogative singer and members of the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown joined forces in an effort to stop the TV movie from airing last month (Oct17).
Bobby insisted the portrayal of him as a bad dad was defamatory, and Bobbi Kristina’s estate officials claimed the show violated the late 22-year-old’s right to privacy.
They failed to stop the film’s broadcast on 8 October (17), but Bobby and the estate bosses have since scored a little cash, according to TMZ.
They were asking for more than $2 million (GBP1.5 million) in damages, but it’s unclear how much they got.
According to new documents obtained by the news outlet, the case is now dismissed.
