The roundup, published on Tuesday (16Jul19), acknowledges those who have made an impact online in 2019 so far.
Other notable names on the list include The Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry, New York politician Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, U.S. leader Donald Trump, Internet sensation Liza Koshy, and beauty vlogger James Charles.
