Celine Dion finally offloads Florida estate after four years

Celine Dion has finally sold her luxury Florida estate after agreeing to sell up for less than half of her original $72 million (£55.8 million) asking price.
The My Heart Will Go On hitmaker first listed the sprawling Jupiter Island property, which boasts its own golf range and water park, in 2013, when her late husband and manager, Rene Angelil, was initially diagnosed with cancer.
They knocked $10 million (£7.8 million) off the price tag in 2014, and weeks after Rene’s passing in January, 2016, Celine slashed another $30 million (£23.3 million) in a bid to secure a sale.
Now, after four years on the market, the five-bedroom mansion has been sold after Celine settled for a bid of $28 million (£21.7 million) from officials at the Jupiter Island Trust.
Sources tell the Palm Beach Daily News the new owner is an American who plans to use the pad as a vacation home.
