David Hasselhoff releases 80s-inspired video for new track with The Stooges rocker

David Hasselhoff has released a politically charged music video for his new cover song, featuring The Stooges rocker James Williamson.
The Baywatch actor and singer is captured flipping through channels on old television sets with text that reads “LIES” in the 1980s-inspired promo for his rendition of Open Your Eyes, a track originally released by gothic band The Lords of the New Church.
David worked with Williamson on his version of the anti-government corruption song as the title track for his new album of covers, his 14th solo record, due out on 27 September (19).
