Survivor: Tocantins, Special Night
(Wednesday, Mar. 25, 2009)
Man, they made us wait two weeks. J.T. loses a huge chunk of his tooth, and the show comes back not on its regular Thursday but on a Wednesday (CBS, 8PM ET/PT). No fear, “Do It Today” wasn’t going to let you miss it! Tonight is the first episode without the gay Spencer, who never revealed his gay ways to his tribemates because “guys like J.T. … maybe they’re inclined to get rid of somebody like me just because I’m gay.” Meanwhile, J.T. was moved to tears upon receiving a letter from his parents, who wrote things they’ve never said to J.T. in person! Despite Spencer’s departure and his return to the University of Florida with the copious amount of “pretty girls,” everyone’s gaining a bit of sensitivity. But ah, not when it comes to those bros in Exile, particularly if Brendan is getting a little too chummy with the competing tribe. Tyson says Brendan’s going next. Find out if he’s right in tonight’s episode, ominously titled “The First Fifteen Days,” aka highlights from the first 15 days in Brazil. Hopefully, Jalapao made his Charmin toilet paper last …
