Fetty Wap fined for driving offences

Rapper Fetty Wap has been fined $360 (£280) after pleading guilty to a series of driving offences relating to a July (16) arrest.
The Trap Queen star was pulled over by police in his native New Jersey and charged with driving with a suspended licence, failure to replace lost or defaced licence plates, and driving with overly tinted windows.
He appeared in Cedar Grove Municipal Court on Wednesday (05Oct16), when he admitted to the four counts, and was slapped with the fine.
Fetty, real name Willie Maxwell II, came prepared – he flashed bundles of cash for the cameras as he arrived at court, and subsequently handed over a few bills to his lawyer, Navarro Gray, to settle the case.
However, as he left the courthouse, the rapper told the media he had been targeted in the traffic stop, and was pulled over for “driving while black and rich”, according to NorthJersey.com.
