Frank Ocean cancels Primavera Sound set

Frank Ocean has pulled out of an appearance at the Primavera Sound festival.
The hip-hop star was scheduled to perform at the event held at Barcelona’s Parc del Forum on 2 June (17), but has cancelled due to production delays.
Primavera Sound co-ordinators confirmed the news in a statement posted on the festival’s website.
“The artist has apologised and has reiterated his wish to come to Barcelona soon,” the organisers said in a statement. “We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this situation and we appreciate your understanding. Soon we will inform you about the possible changes to the schedule.”
Festival goers who hold day tickets for the show are being offered refunds until 30 May.
The news marks Ocean’s third recent concert cancellation. The Swim Good musician has also pulled out of appearances at the Sasquatch! and Hangout Music Festivals, citing production issues.
It is understood that he is still planning to perform at the WayHome, Northside, Flow and Way Out West festivals over the summer.
