Geri Horner to be head judge on U.K. singing show

Geri Horner has landed a top judging role on the BBC’s new reality singing show All Together Now.
In the new Saturday night show, talented singers perform in front of The 100, a panel of musical experts, and members of The 100 can stand up and join in if they like what they hear. The number of panellists standing and singing along will directly affect the contestant’s score, so performers want to get as many people on their feet as possible.
The former Spice Girl has joined the show to become Head of The 100. Besides deciding whether to stand up and join in, she will offer expert advice, encouragement and support to contestants and find out what makes The 100 stand up.
“I’m so excited to be part of this show. It’s about celebrating talent, uniting people from all walks of life, feeling good AND singing! It’s a whole lot of joy standing up together on a Saturday night,” she said in a statement.
The six-part series, which will be hosted by British comedian Rob Beckett, is set to air on BBC One in 2018.
