Gyllenhaals’ dad making dream movie

Stephen Gyllenhaal admits he has always been fascinated by his own dreams and felt sure other people would like to understand more about what their mind does when they’re asleep.

He tells WENN, “I remember my dreams and I write them down right away when I wake up because they do evaporate. I’m very intrigued with the unconscious re-observed with real scientific methodology.

“This (film) is really 15, 16 dreams and their interpretation by a 92-year-old analyst and what is derived from that and looking at the structure of dreams from the doctor.”
