Jennifer Lawrence’s chic new Dior campaign

Jennifer Lawrence is the epitome of laidback Parisian glamour in her latest campaign for Dior.
The Oscar-winning beauty has been the face of the French fashion house since 2012, and regularly stuns in the label’s designs, including at the 2016 Oscars.
For her newest shoot with Dior Jennifer looks relaxed in a black chunky knitted jumper that slightly falls from her right shoulder. Her blonde hair is tied up, with a slight, sweeping fringe adding to the relaxed feel. The 25-year-old’s make-up is kept natural, letting her blue eyes sparkle into the camera uninterrupted by heavy cosmetics.
As well as A-lister Jennifer, the star attraction has to be a metallic orange tote bag. The accessory is part of Dior’s new style Diorama bags. The one Jennifer models is called the Diorever, and those who purchase one can add an inserted front flap to the tote.
Shot by Mario Sorrenti at an apartment in Paris, the campaign shows just why Dior keep coming back to Jennifer again and again.
The Spring campaign features Raf Simons’ last ready to wear collection, after the former creative director quit his post in October (15). He is yet to be replaced.
The new adverts will hit French billboards from Wednesday (02Mar16), two days ahead of Dior’s Paris Fashion Week show.
They campaign rolls out to magazines nationally from 8 March, including Vogue Netherlands, Vogue Germany and America’s Vanity Fair.
In 2013 Jennifer spoke about what an honour is was to front Dior’s adverts, admitting she’s long been an admirer of the high end brand.
“I’ve always been a huge fan of Dior, “Jennifer gushed in the film for the Miss Dior bag line. “And being part of something with such an incredible history is an honour.”
