Leann Rimes may not sit at the popular table at school but you’ve got to admit, the much-maligned country singer/Lifetime movie actress/maybe-homewrecker is living the good life. Leann, 30, and husband Eddie Cibrian, 39, shelled out a cool $3 million on a sprawling new 8,642-square-foot home in Hidden Hills, Calif.

The home, set on a gorgeous 2.2-acre plot of land, last sold in 2006 for $5.575 million so the pair got quite the bargain for it. Included in the stunning property: six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, a four-car garage, and this incredible kitchen, a perfect spot to cook up trouble with Eddie’s ex, Brandi Glanville.
