Marilyn Monroe’s Love Happy mink stole to sell at auction

The mink stole Marilyn Monroe wore in the final Marx Brothers movie Love Happy is to be sold at auction.
The movie icon was a fresh-faced young actress when she landed the walk-on part in the 1949 comedy, but her appearance led to great things.
And now the Western Costume Company stole she wore as she walked seductively in front of Groucho Marx is to be sold by Nate D. Sanders Auctions in Los Angeles on 29 September (16).
Bidding will begin at $20,000 (GBP15,400).
