According to, the actresses’ contracts took longer to negotiate because of the substantial raise they were seeking. Bialik and Rauch began guest-starring on the show in season three and booked regular roles the following season. Their most recent contract had them earning $175,000 to $200,000 per episode, but they were reportedly seeking a little under $1 million per episode like their other co-stars.

Bialik and Rauch’s new contract is reportedly for $425,000 to $500,000 per episode.

In March (17), Bialik and Rauch’s co-stars offered to take a pay cut of $100,000 each to free up $500,000 to give to Bialik and Rauch towards their salaries.
