New mum Angela Simmons married – report

Hip-hop icon Rev Run has welcomed a new son-in-law into his family – his daughter Angela Simmons has reportedly tied the knot.
The fashion designer became engaged to Sutton Tennyson in April (16), weeks before revealing the couple was expecting its first child.
Angela gave birth to a baby boy last week (29Sep16), and gave fans on Instagram a glimpse of her newborn in a sweet photo of mother and child, which she captioned, “The best part of life has just begun #Motherhood #ImSoInLove”.
Now it appears the new mum has double the reason to celebrate, after tying the knot, according to family friend Cymphonique Miller, the daughter of rap mogul Master P.
The youngster, whose rapper/actor brother Romeo Miller used to date Angela, let slip the marriage secret during a recent interview with Bossip.com, as she promoted the upcoming second season of their U.S. reality show Growing Up Hip Hop.
Singer Cymphonique admitted the news of the nuptials had caught Romeo by surprise as Angela had not told him in person, despite remaining close friends after ending their romance.
“With the whole Angela thing, it was just that he (Romeo) wasn’t the first to know that she had gotten married, and he felt some type of way about that,” she told the website.
Cymphonique suspected her brother may still have feelings for his ex, judging from the way he reacted to the development, but she insists their whole family couldn’t be happier for Angela.
“I was wondering if there was something else there. Either way it’s too late now, she’s married!” she continued, adding, “It was a surprise, but we’re happy for her. If you have a true friendship with someone, even if they don’t end up with you, you just want to see them happy.”
Angela and Sutton have yet to confirm their relationship status, and it is not yet known if she will address the issue in new episodes of Growing Up Hip Hop, which also features Romeo and Cymphonique, alongside Damon Dash’s son, El DeBarge’s niece, Sandra ‘Pepa’ Denton’s daughter, and the late Jam Master Jay’s son.
