Nick Jonas Denies Jonas Brothers Reunion

Pop star Nick Jonas has dashed fans’ hopes for a Jonas Brothers reunion, insisting they currently have nothing planned.

Rumors about a possible comeback began swirling in mid-January (18) after eagle-eyed devotees noticed the band’s Instagram account had been reactivated for the first time following the group’s 2013 split.

There were no new posts on the page, but the claims were further fueled after the Jonas Brothers’ backing musician Ryan Liestman shared a photo online with Nick and his brothers and bandmates Joe and Kevin, which was captioned, “Family reunion”.

The speculation emerged as the family boy band prepared to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Jonas Brothers‘ third studio album, A Little Bit Longer, but Nick has now addressed the reports, explaining why he and his siblings had posed for a picture with Ryan.

“We hung out for a weekend all together and I guess our Instagram was restarted,” the Jealous hitmaker told E! News as he attended Sunday’s (28Jan18) Grammy Awards. “Right now there’s no reunion planned.”

However, Nick didn’t rule out a future pop return with his brothers: “Never say never – you never know what’s going to happen,” he added.
