Olivia Newton-John regrets not touring with Frank Sinatra

Olivia Newton-John regrets turning down the chance to tour with Frank Sinatra in the 1980s.
The Grease star was personally asked to join Sinatra on the road, but declined because her daughter Chloe was too young.
“I just had my daughter and I really wanted to go, but I didn’t feel like I could leave her,” she told Watch What Happens Live! on Tuesday (04Oct16). “She was really little. That would be one of my only little few regrets. I don’t have regrets, I don’t believe in regrets, but I would have loved to have sung with him. That would have been amazing.”
One veteran entertainer the 68-year-old was thrilled to work with was the late Gene Kelly, her co-star in 1980’s Xanadu.
“It was terrifying because I had never tap danced before, and the fact that I was going to be dancing with such an amazing, legendary dancer was kind of terrifying…,” Olivia explained.
“But he was lovely. It was very special. I feel very grateful that I got to know him a little bit.”
