After failing to land renewals for any of the costly TV shows that it sold to five broadcast networks last season, Artists Television Group, the management/TV production company founded by Michael Ovitz, is “aggressively” seeking a buyer or partner, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation. The newspaper observed that ATG clients are worried about the future of ATG if the company doesn’t turn up a buyer.
