Phil Collins to remarry third ex-wife ‘one day’

Veteran rocker Phil Collins and his third ex-wife Orianne Cevey are planning to remarry after recently rekindling their romance.
Earlier this month (Feb16), the former Genesis star revealed he had reconciled with Orianne, the mother of his two sons, who he divorced in 2008.
“I’m actually back with my third wife,” he told Billboard.com. “I haven’t really talked about it. We’ve been together for a while, and nobody’s noticed.”
It subsequently emerged that Orianne had started divorce proceedings in January (15) to end her union to banker Charles Fouad, who she wed following her 2008 split from Phil. She also shares a five-year-old boy with Charles and the former couple is currently in negotiations over custody and division of assets.
Orianne, a Swiss native, has since opened up about her renewed romance with the 65-year-old British rocker, revealing they are hoping to “one day” wed again, despite the fact Phil had to hand over $46 million (£33 million) to settle their divorce.
“I call Phil now again as my husband,” she told Swiss newspaper SonntagsBlick. “We are so close that it actually makes no difference whether we are married. But we are determined to get married one day (for) a second time.”
The 43-year-old went on to admit she and Phil had remained close for the sake of their kids, 14-year-old Nicholas and 11-year-old Matthew, but maintaining a friendly relationship eventually made them realise they were meant to be together.
“Love was never completely gone,” she explained. “(It) was just on another level. We’ve known each other for 22 years, 15 as a couple. Now we feel both the same thing: ‘We should never have diverged. The separation was the wrong decision… We are meant for each other…’
“We were always very close, because of the children. But just last year, I realised that he is indeed the man of my life.”
And Orianne is excited to have their whole family present for their next wedding.
“The important difference is that now our children can be there,” she continued. “I imagine the next celebration will be more familiar and smaller. On our first wedding in 1999 in Lausanne, we had to invite many more people to not disappoint anyone.”
Phil was also previously married to Andrea Collins and Jill Tavelman, the mother of his actress daughter Lily.
