Take That donate proceeds of Liverpool show to Manchester Arena bomb victims’ families

Take That are donating the proceeds from their rescheduled concert in Liverpool, England to the families of the Manchester Arena bombing victims.
The trio cancelled its Tuesday night (23May17) concert at the Echo Arena following the tragedy on Monday (22May17), and rescheduled the gig to Friday (26May17), when singer Gary Barlow urged fans to “send good vibrations all around the world”.
The band went on to dedicate its performance to “everyone who has been affected by the events that happened in Manchester last Monday night”, before revealing all the proceeds from the gig would benefit the I Love Manchester emergency fund.
Howard Donald, who was born and raised in Manchester, had a special message for fans, stating, “At this moment in time I’ve never been so proud to be a Mancunian. The spirit of Manchester, the spirit of the North West, the U.K., the world over, it’s absolutely incredible. Thank you so much and thanks for coming everyone, enjoy the night please.”
Take That will return to their native Manchester for a show at the Etihad Stadium on 18 June (17) after cancelling a three-night run of shows at Manchester Arena, where 22 people lost their lives after an Ariana Grande performance.
