Tamar Braxton’s estranged husband confident of reconciliation – report

Tamar Braxton’s estranged husband Vincent Herbert is hopeful they can save their marriage.
The younger sister of Toni Braxton lodged divorce papers in a Los Angeles court on 24 October (17), a month shy of their nine-year wedding anniversary, and is applying for full physical custody of their four-year-old boy Logan. She has also asked a judge to deny spousal support to Herbert, who also acts as her manager, should he file a motion for help with finances.
According to TMZ.com, sources close to the entertainment manager have said that despite the R&B star petitioning him for a divorce, Vince is hopeful that the couple can work things out and save their marriage.
The 44-year-old has indicated to pals he is willing to undergo counselling to discuss their marriage and other issues which may have put a strain on their relationship, such as her firing from U.S. talk show The Real.
Vince is also reportedly stalling on entering into discussions over custody arrangements for their son as he’s “confident things will work out”.
The estranged couple’s divorce news emerged on the same day the season five promotional trailer for their U.S. reality show, Tamar & Vince, was released online. The clip showed Tamar clashing with Vince, who antagonises his wife by suggesting she is “going through a midlife crisis” and telling her she is “hard to manage”.
