The Game wants sexual abuse lawsuit dismissed

Rapper The Game has asked a judge to dismiss a $10 million (GBP7.2 million) sexual abuse lawsuit against him.
Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on the Dreams hitmaker’s U.S. reality series She’s Got Game, sued the rapper in August (15), claiming he became “out of control”, drunk and under the influence of drugs while filming a scene in a bar in Los Angeles the previous May (15).
She also alleged The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, forcefully reached “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks”, adding she “suffered physical, psychological and emotional damage” because of the alleged incident.
She was seeking $10 million (£6.9 million), and earlier this month (Feb16), a judge ruled Taylor was liable by default after he reportedly failed to respond to the lawsuit.
The Game blasted the judgment, insisting he would vehemently fight the allegations and he has now asked a judge to dismiss the default award, claiming Rainey did not make proper efforts to serve him, according to Bossip.com.
