TMZ.com reports the actress-turned-reality TV star was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday (15Sep12) and underwent an operation to fix problems relating to the Caesarean section she had last month (Aug12) when she gave birth to her son Finn.
A representative for Spelling confirms to People.com, “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”
The tot, born on 30 August (12), is Spelling’s fourth child with husband Dean McDermott.
