Another Explosive Grey’s Anatomy:
Christina Ricci guest starred in last week’s edge-of-your-seat “Code Black” episode. When the 22-year-old new paramedic arrives on the scene of a shooting, it is necessary for her to stick her hand inside the victim in order to stop the bleeding. Just until they get to the hospital, right? Wrong. Unfortunately for her, the man has been shot with a bazooka, and the ammo inside of him has yet to blow up. It seems her hand is what is keeping the victim, herself, and the entire Seattle Grace Hospital from blowing up. Panic strikes the young girl and she quickly pulls her hand out of the body, and everyone in the operating room ducks and covers for what may be a huge explosion. Everyone but Meredith, that is. Her instincts kick-in and she immediately throws herself in harms way and puts her hand in the unstable body cavity. Not the smartest thing she has ever done, but then again, she had a premonition she might die. With the bomb squad on hand, Meredith slowly takes her hand, and the bomb, out of the body and carefully hands it over. She is in the clear, but the bomb squad isn’t as lucky. Kaboom! We actually get to see “pink mist.” Yuck.
The Bachelor Needs a Reality Check
How can an ER doctor be so dumb? So it’s down to the final three–Moana, Sarah, and Susan. They all have their problems–some more than others–and it’s time for Travis to take notice. Nashville’s Sarah seems the logical pick. She lives down the street from him at home, is down to earth and really likes him. But if Bachelor history has taught us anything, it’s that he won’t pick her and will probably pick Moana–the dark haired beauty with zero personality and what seems like no feelings at all. But then, there is still Susan, the one who is planning on moving to L.A. to pursue her acting career once this show is over. Hmmm. That’s convenient–she can break into the entertainment industry by being on The Bachelor and then take her 15 minutes of fame straight to Hollywood “to pursue her dream.” Travis is smart enough to at least see through that. He sends Susan packing, leaving the final decision between Moana and Sarah.
Flavor Flav Brings in Some Reinforcements
After seeing an episode of Blind Date where Hottie starred as a gold-digger, Flavor decides he needs to get to the bottom of what is going down in his house. In order to do so, he brings in old flame Brigitte Nielsen to shake things up for the six remaining girls. First on the agenda: lie detector tests. While Goldie passes with flying colors, Hottie fails miserably as she lies about everything, even her age. Next, Brigitte decides to take the girls out on the town for a ‘fun’ evening. Fun turns into an all out bitch fight, with Brigitte and Hoops center ring, ready for battle. Even with all the drama, Flav sends Hottie home but not before calling her out for lying.
Keep Your Eyes Peeled
If you have yet to get into the WB show, One Tree Hill, next Wednesday is the time to start. After being an outcast for the past year, one student at Tree Hill High breaks, and puts the entire student body at risk when he brings a gun into the school and starts shooting. Also, the countdown to Real World: Key West is still on, two weeks until the new season airs on MTV Feb. 28 at 10:00 p.m.
