Tyler Hoechlin sues landlord over deposit deduction

TV’s newest Superman Tyler Hoechlin is suing to claw back $10,000 (£7,790) his ex-landlord deducted from his deposit on an apartment.
According to editors at TMZ.com, when the 29-year-old Supergirl actor and his roommate, fellow actor Ryan Guzman, 29, moved out of the apartment they were sharing, their landlord deducted $9,689 (£7,540) from their security deposit to cover expenses.
In legal documents obtained by the gossip site, the actors allege they did nothing to incur the extra charges and that they are being overcharged for what amounts to “normal wear and tear”.
The friends moved in together after becoming friends while shooting Richard Linklater’s 2016 movie Everybody Wants Some!!
A representative for the property management company managing their old apartment denied that the pair had been overcharged.
