LOS ANGELES, July 18, 2000 — Bathrooms will never be the same again.
That’s because DreamWorks and 20th Century Fox’s latest thriller, “What Lies Beneath,” serves up plenty of frights in the tub. The Harrison Ford-Michelle Pfeiffer starrer premiered at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood area of Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
While Ford fielded questions about his next Indiana Jones venture, Pfeiffer (with hubby-uberproducer David E. Kelley) strolled down the carpet waving and smiling. The film, directed by Robert Zemeckis, also stars Diana Scarwid, Katharine Towne and Amber Valletta.
James Woods, Bill Paxton, Sheryl Crow, Jason Behr, Jonathan Jackson, Djimon Hounsou, Sean Astin and Steven Spielberg turned out for the premiere. “What Lies Beneath” opens July 21.
