Who Wants to Be a Multi-Millionaire?

Can’t we all just get along? At least that’s what rap star Eminem’s mother is trying to say by reducing her $10 million defamation lawsuit against her son to $2 million.

Eminem’s reaction? He kicked his momma to the curb.

Debbie Mathers-Briggs of St. Joseph, Mo., submitted the settlement offer in Macomb County Circuit Court after first making the offer privately to her son in June, The Macomb Daily reported Thursday.

But the rap star, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, did not respond to that offer, either.

His mother first filed her suit in September last year, saying the Grammy-winning musician dissed her in a magazine interview by saying that she was unstable and a lawsuit-happy drug user.

Eminem is still planning on taking the civil suit to trial and claiming truth as his defense, his lawyer Peter Peacock said. The rapper is scheduled to be in court Sept. 13 to give a deposition.
