Zoe McLellan finalises divorce settlement

Zoe McLellan has reportedly agreed a one-off payment of spousal support to ex-husband Jean-Pierre Gillain.
The NCIS: New Orleans actress has agreed to pay her former husband $30,000 (£20,000) and he has reportedly agreed not to make any further claim for spousal support, according to TMZ.com.
Zoe, 41 – who earns a reported $45,000 (£30,000) per episode for the show will also pay her ex $4,000 (£2,700) a month in child support.
The couple married in 2012, and ended their union in 2015. However, the former JAG star’s estranged husband requested joint custody of their son Sebastian, and opposed his estranged spouse’s request to relocate to New Orleans for her new TV role.
After a prolonged custody battle TMZ report that the former couple agreed on a visiting schedule for Sebastian, with the two-year-old splitting time between his parents in New Orleans and Los Angeles where his father lives.
Zoe’s NCIS colleague Scott Bakula spoke in support of the actress in a declaration for the court during the custody battle last year (15) after her former husband claimed it was unfair he had to travel from L.A. to visit his son.
Quantum Leap star Bakula said: “Her life is and has been, about one thing and one thing only: being Sebastian’s Mommy.
“I have witnessed that every fiber of her being goes into providing a safe, nurturing, creative world for her son to grow up in. Zoe has a huge heart and in my opinion, she is handling this tumultuous time of her life with great care, consideration and class.”
