‘Pet Sematary’ Remake Might Be Even Scarier Than Original

Anyone with a kid they love would do anything for their child.

Louis Creed (Jason Clarke), his wife Rachel (Amy Seimetz), and their children Gage and Ellie move to a small town. They find out that they moved next to a pet Cemetary where the local kids go to bury their loved animals. It’s eerie and their new neighbor Jud (John Lithgow) tells them about how strange it is. Promptly the family cat Church dies, so they bury him in the Semetary. Days later the Ellie sees the cat and runs to it, only to be hit by a truck and die.

This is when that little statement at the top comes in to play. After grieving for the loss of his daughter Louis gets the idea to Ellie’s body to the Semetary. The powers that be in the movie work and Ellie is brought back to life, as well as others.

Sometimes dead is better, hopefully, this remake isn’t the same case.

‘Pet Sematary’ releases on April 5, 2019.
