Actress, Amber Heard (Pineapple Express, The Stepfather) will join Nicolas Cage in his new action flick Drive Angry. The film is being directed by Patrick Lussier.

The project centers on a man driven by rage who is chasing the people who killed his daughter and kidnapped her baby. The vendetta/rescue spins out of control as the chase gets bloodier by the mile, leaving bodies strewn along the highway. Heard will take on the role of a diner employee who joins the vengeful driver on his violent quest.
Billy Burke (Twilight) is already on board as a cult leader.
