Cattrall Confirms ‘Sex and the City’ Sequel?

Break out the martinis cause Sex and the City is set for a sequel.

The confirmation comes from Kim Cattrall, 52, who announced the news on Britain’s The Paul O’Grady Show. Guest-host Melanie Brown asked the actress directly, “Will there be a sequel?” to which she replied, “Yes there will!”

Despite the buzz, New Line Cinemas told People they are “in negotiations for a sequel.”

Cattrall told reporters at Cosmopolitan’s Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London that “the fans keep saying, ‘Yes, one more’…The movie was so much fun to do and be part of again. I hope we’re going to do it again.”

Don’t forget, a follow up film means Cattrall’s Samantha will be unattached and the star says, “Samantha single is more fun than you can ever imagine.”
