Did Kristen Stewart Predict The ‘Twilight’ Gender-Swap 3 Years Ago?

Last week Stephenie Meyer dropped the biggest Twilight bomb in years. For the 10th anniversary of Twilight, she re-released the book…with a HUGE addition. She rewrote Twilight, swapping all of the genders, turning Bella into Beau and Edward into Edythe. Life and Death follows a human Beau who falls in love with vampire Edythe.

Back in 2012, while promoting the final film in the series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part Two, star Kristen Stewart might have predicted Stephenie Meyer’s decision to rewrite the book. When asked by Hollywood.com staff member Shaunna Murphy how she felt about Bella being a positive or negative role model for females, K. Stew was surprisingly insightful on if the genders of Bella and Edward were swapped.

WATCH her full response to the question and see if she really did predict Life and Death:

Stephenie Meyer must have been feeling nostalgic (like the rest of us Twihards) and got caught up watching old Twilight YouTube videos and stumbled upon our gem! We wonder if K. Stew is going to ask for a cut of the money Life and Death earns? K. Stew also even predicted the end of the book, though we won’t totally ruin it for you if you haven’t read yet!
