You awake and remember nothing. The woman that wakes you tells you she’s your wife and that your name is Henry. Then you’re being shot at, your wife has been kidnapped, you’re running in the streets of Moscow, and you have to stop the man that took your wife before he tries to dominate the world.

If this sounds more like a video game plot than a movie, you’d be right. ‘Hardcore Henry’ is a the first ever feature full-length film that has been shot from first-person, much like most video games. The film is getting raved reviews (currently sitting at 94% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes) and if you’re tired of the same old film, this may be the change you’re looking for.
In this behind the scenes look, you’ll find exactly how the filmmakers accomplished making the film, as well as hear from Director Ilya Naishuller, Producer Timur Bekmambetov, and Sharlto Copley (District 9, Chappie), and hear how the film is like nothing you’ve experienced before, what genres they consider ‘Hardcore Henry’, who mans the Henry Helmet, and how if you don’t see it in theaters you’re going to wish you had the experience:
Hardcore Henry hits theaters on April 8, 2016.
